Postpartum recovery is a journey of intentional balance for the body. To be poised for optimal recovery, every new mum needs real food that is tailored to nourish and heal. To that end we work closely with a certified TCM practitioner and a confinement chef to design and prepare perfect meal plans for all four postpartum recuperation stages – detoxification, restoration, conditioning and rejuvenation.

‘Fresh ingredients. Home cooked & freshly served’ is the mantra for every meal in Golden Moon. There is no central kitchen because all meals are prepared fresh for each mum. Most importantly, our ingredients are curated from verified and trusted sources.
